How the demo works

Choose a scenario and talk to the AI receptionist in your browser. Use an invented caller name and situation so you can concentrate on the intake. The standard demo does not require signup.

Start by listening to the greeting. It identifies the receptionist as a virtual assistant and says the conversation is recorded. Answer the questions as the fictional caller, or ask a question about the demo home's services.

Afterward, inspect the owner result alongside the conversation record. Check whether the message captures the reason for calling and whether the urgency matches the situation. You can return to how call handling works to understand the setup behind a live business account.

The owner side of the call

The owner result shows the call summary and urgency tag together with the transcript and recording. Read the summary first, then check the conversation to see whether it captured what mattered. Look for the caller's request, callback information and any details needed for a response.

For a first call, check the urgency and the page to the on-call director in the fictional scenario. For appointment intake, look for the booked time when booking is part of the scenario, or the request for a callback.

In your live account, call alerts arrive by email and app push notification. You also receive a daily digest, and your dashboard holds calls, recordings and transcripts for review.

Make it yours

During your requested free trial, you make the receptionist yours through an onboarding chat and the website you provide. Start with your email sign-in link, then give the AI your business name, services, hours and call handling instructions.

Add your price list and decide who receives first call pages. Choose whether the receptionist books appointments or takes requests for your staff to call back. You can change settings by describing what you want in plain words.

Use a test call to hear your own setup before forwarding live calls. To arrange your trial, request a free trial for your funeral home; we email your sign-in link when ready.

Your public website is read once to set up a short demo call as your business. One demo per email per day.

Privacy

You are speaking with an AI virtual assistant. Demo calls are recorded and transcribed to show the result. Use fictional names and details, and do not share sensitive information about a family or a death.

FAQ

Do I need an account to try the demo?

No. You can try the standard browser demo without an account. It uses a fictional funeral home so you can assess the conversation and inspect the result. Request a free trial by email; we email your sign-in link when the trial is ready.

What should I listen for during a first call?

Listen for the virtual assistant and recording notice, then how the receptionist asks for the details needed by the director. A first call about a death prompts a page to the on-call director. Check the resulting summary for the information the caller actually gave.

Does the demo record my voice?

Yes. Demo calls are recorded and transcribed so you can see the result of the conversation. The receptionist gives a recording notice in its greeting. Keep the exercise fictional and avoid personal details about real families, callers or people who have died.

Can I ask something outside the scenario?

Yes. Ask a question that goes beyond the supplied business information and listen to the response. The receptionist should collect details for a callback when it lacks an answer. For price questions, it uses the supplied list rather than making up an amount.

Does the demo show how my own home will answer?

The standard demo shows a fictional business. Your own setup uses your website and onboarding answers, including your services, price policy and director contacts. Request a free trial, then make a test call before sending live callers to the receptionist.
